A NOTE FROM THE TEACHER
Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Trinity Lutheran Church Preschool program.
Many hours were spent on putting this program together by people who really care about the children in our community. We are going to have a great year, working and learning together.
I’d like to introduce myself. I am a southern Michigan native from Benton
Harbor, and I have lived in Marinette since 1991 when I began my first teaching
job at Trinity Lutheran School in Marinette as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher. I met
and married my husband, Butch (Marv), in 1995. We do not have children, but
he has a daughter, Caitlin. We both come from huge families, I have 8 brothers and
sisters and he has 10, so there are plenty of nieces and nephews running around.

I have a B.S. degree in education from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, and I am certified to teach grades pre-k through 6. I’ve had much experience in teaching all grades as I was a substitute teacher in the Marinette, Menominee, and Peshtigo school districts for 6 years. I was called to teach preschool here at Trinity, Coleman in 2002 and have been here since then.

Currently, in addition to teaching Preschool (which is my first love) I also work part time at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Marinette. I have been in pharmacy since
2007, but teaching is my love and much more fun!

CLASS DAYS/TUITION/TIMES
3K - Monday- Tuesday $700 from 8 am-11:30 am
3K - Wednesday- Friday $850 from 8 am to 11:30 am
3K- Monday -Friday $1,000 from 8 am-11:30 am
4K - Monday-Thursday $950 from 11:45 am to 3:00 pm
4K 2 days your choice $700 (must be consecutive days)

A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee will be applied towards the tuition of your child. With 1/2 the tuition due by the 1st day of school and the remainder due by November 1st, 2023. If that doesn't work, you can make 9 monthly payments August-April. We do offer payment options We are now taking applications for the 2023-2024 school year. Children ages 3, 4, and 5 are eligible to attend. Children must be 3 by December 31, 2023.
